This original Black Forest cuckoo clock in contemporary form features a cuckoo house in a simple modern birdhouse design. An eye-catching feature is the black stag, which contrasts well with the green-stained wooden case. Viewed from the side, you can see the movement of the cuckoo as it opens the door and calls the number of hours on the hour (e.g. 3 times at 3pm) and once on the half hour. An additional eye-catcher are the red hands made of wood, as well as the red cuckoo with the same color door and pendulum rod. In addition, this model has a manual night shut-off. The mechanical rake strike mechanism runs for one week. The cuckoo clock comes in its original box with instructions.
