The traditional stag head in black stain is mounted on top of this original Black Forest Cuckoo Clock. The white simplicity and elegance of this clock really draws attention. The eye-catcher is the black color of the stag head, cuckoo door, clockface and pendulum leaf, that all build a stylish contrast to the white-stained wood case, which is framed by artistically carved maple leaves. The solid-wood and handpainted cuckoo calls the number of the hour on every full hour (e.g. 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 a.m. 3 times) and once on the half-hour. The clockface, numbers and clockhands are all made of wood. This clock has a manual night switch off. The mechanical clockwork runs for 24 hours. The Cuckoo Clock comes in an original box with complete instructions. This classical hunting style clock  is crafted by the Hönes company in Titisee, a family business deeply rooted in the century-old tradition of the clockmaking industry, and is well known for its high-quality Black Forest craftmanship.
