A forest wanderer on his way to Triberg is shown on this original Black Forest Cuckoo Clock with red shingled hip roof and a bell tower. Pines, the doghouse and a bench invite for a peaceful rest.  The Black Forest House is richly embellished with lattice windows and matching green shutters with a heart and flower boxes and a balcony. The natural wood case is decorated in dark half-timber framework design. The solid-wood cuckoo calls the number of the hour on every full hour (e.g. 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 a.m. 3 times) and once on the half-hour. During the music, and the folklore dance figurines turn to the music on the balcony, the wanderer swings his walking stick and the dog happily jumps around.  The clock has a manual night switch off, and also a light sensor to automatically turn off the cuckoo  and music sound when it is dark.  Clockface and hands are made of wood. The mechanical clockwork runs for a week. The clock comes in an original box with complete instructions and a VdS certificate.
