Many cuckoo clocks are entwined with carved vine leaves. However, this three-bird clock uses the rare design where the vines bear ripe grapes. The birds are already looking forward to a rich meal. The two small birds are exceptionally asymmetrically placed both on the right side; well hidden in the vine foliage, they are easy to miss at first glance. This very detailed hand-carved traditional cuckoo clock is stained in walnut. 
The cuckoo calls on the hour (for example, three times at 15 Uh r) and once on the half hour. This model has a manual night shut-off. Dial, numerals and hands are made of wood. The mechanical rake chime mechanism runs for one week. This cuckoo clock comes in its original box with instructions and VDS certificate. This Black Forest cuckoo clock is made by the Anton Schneider company in Schonach, which started in a farmhouse in 1848 and has established itself as one of the largest manufacturers to date.
