This beautiful beer garden invites you to take a seat and relax. It shows two boys in lederhosen toasting each other with their beer mugs. Waitress "Christl" brings fresh supply and easily lifts four full beer mugs. On the right, a Saint Bernard dog is sitting in front of his doghouse, another Saint Bernard is taking care that everything is in order. Behind carved fir trees a water wheel turns to the music, at the same time the dancers in traditional Black Forest costume turn on the balcony. On the right side of the house there is an old-fashioned outhouse, as used in former times. This particularly elaborately worked cuckoo clock has a shingled hipped roof with a dormer window. The frontage of the house is white with brown lattice. Wagon wheels and other details, such as a water well, wood piles and the carved fir trees make this cuckoo clock an eye-catcher.

The cuckoo made of wood opens the door at the hour, tweets and calls out the number of the hour with an echo. Afterwards one of the 12 alternating melodies are played. On the side you will find a switch to turn off the music separately, or both the cuckoo and the music. Through a light sensor the clock is automatically quiet after dark, although the clock keeps running. This clock is run by a quartz battery clockwork that uses three 1,5V batteries - Size C. The clock is delivered in an original box with complete instructions. The cuckoo clock is produced by the Black Forest company Engstler, a family-run business that has been well-known for generations both for its tradition and technical excellence.
