You can almost hear the children laughing on this Black Forest House Cuckoo Clock with bell tower and carved hip roof. The wooden case is lovingly dfecorated with little lattice windows with green heart shutters and flwer boxes. In front of the house, the brother and sister are playing near the trough, accompanied by their dog. A little deer fawn decorates the right side. Carved and painted pine trees provide a beautiful backdrop for the happy scene. The cuckoo opens the door at the hour, tweets and calls out the number of the hour with an echo. On the side you will find a switch to turn off the cuckoo manually. Through a light sensor the clock is automatically quiet after dark, although the clock keeps running. This clock is run by a quartz battery clockwork that runs on two 1,5V batteries - Size C. The clock comes in an original box with complete instructions.
